Hey there! I’m Lyndsey — owner, chef, and creative soul behind 24 Carrots Catering.

 

I got my start back in 2009 at my family’s restaurant, Johnny D’s, where I learned the magic of hard work, hospitality, and building lifelong friendships with customers — all while thriving in a fast-paced kitchen. What started as helping out with small events quickly turned into a full-blown passion for creating food and experiences that bring people together. Now, I get to do just that for weddings, banquets, and celebrations all across Northern New York. And I wouldn’t trade it for the world!

 

I’m all about food that looks amazing, tastes even better, and makes people feel genuinely taken care of. Whether it’s a backyard barn wedding or a black-tie affair, I bring the same energy: good vibes and food made with heart.

 

When I’m not catering, you’ll find me hanging out with my teenage son and two silver Labs, snowmobiling on Tug Hill, catching a dirt track race, or soaking up sunshine on Lake Ontario or the St. Lawrence River. I live for time and laughs with family and friends, spontaneous road trips, travel,  and making memories around the table.
